About Erin E. King, MBA, CRS®, Realtor®

Erin E. King is not a transactional real estate agent. He is a strategist, advocate, and long-term advisor for people making serious financial decisions about where and how they live.

Real estate done poorly leaves consequences. Mispricing, missed timing, overlooked risk, and decisions that do not hold up after closing are rarely accidents. They are the result of pressure, noise, and a lack of disciplined guidance. Erin’s work exists to prevent those outcomes.

With more than two decades of experience as a real estate investor, Erin brings a rare blend of market intuition, analytical rigor, and historic-home expertise to Northeast Florida’s residential landscape. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, including Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau counties, with a particular focus on historic and character-rich neighborhoods such as Avondale, Riverside, Murray Hill, Fairfax, Ortega, Springfield, San Marco, and the coastal communities.

Erin’s professional foundation was built well before real estate. He holds undergraduate degrees in International Business and Spanish, along with an MBA in Economics, and began his career in the financial services industry with American Express Financial Advisors. In senior leadership and advisory roles, he developed the fiduciary mindset, negotiation discipline, and risk-awareness that now define his real estate practice.

That background shapes how Erin works today. He approaches every transaction as a strategic problem to be solved, not a sale to be pushed. From the first conversation, the focus is on clarity: defining goals, identifying constraints, evaluating risk, and building a plan that aligns pricing, timing, and leverage. Clients can expect direct communication, thoughtful counsel, and advocacy that continues well beyond the closing table.

More than eighty percent of Erin’s business comes from referrals from past clients, fellow agents, and industry professionals. That level of repeat and referral work reflects something simple and hard to earn: trust built through preparation, consistency, and outcomes that stand the test of time.

Erin is particularly known for his work with older and historic homes, where construction methods, deferred maintenance, zoning overlays, and neighborhood nuance materially affect value and risk. He is meticulous in due diligence, realistic in pricing strategy, and steady in negotiation, helping sellers maximize value while helping buyers avoid costly surprises.

Beyond individual transactions, Erin remains deeply engaged in the Jacksonville community. He follows local planning and development closely, attends civic and historic district meetings, and stays informed on the forces shaping the city’s growth. He believes informed real estate decisions require understanding not only the property itself, but the broader context in which it exists.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys, reading, the outdoors, scuba diving, flying, motorcycle riding, and time with close friends. Those pursuits mirror his professional philosophy: thoughtful preparation, intentional choices, and a long-term view.

For clients seeking clear guidance, disciplined strategy, and an advisor who treats real estate as the serious financial undertaking it is, Erin brings judgment, experience, and steady leadership to every step of the process.
